Based on our mission/purpose statement and the discussions at the Synergia meeting, I believe we have a "three legged cauldron" of service:

1) Support and engagement in Activism

2) A Healing Center (provide healing for ourselves and others)

3) Ecological/Envioronmental Sustainablity and self-sufficiency (might be more regional-sufficency)

Some possible project ideas that have been mentioned:
(Some of these were mentioned in discussion before our Synergia Gathering and others have been mentioned since then. Please feel free to add any other ideas, and to add your comments to any of these! Financial (or other types of) support for aging activists

Creating a fund to provide travel and other expense assistance so that limited financial resources does not hinder anyone from participating in face-to-face gatherings.

Creating a net/web of intentional communities.

Finding a way to communicate when/if the current infrastructure fails/transforms (Ham Radios).

Creating Emergency Convergence Locasions

Creating a Mobile/Nomadic Community
