Community members may participate in the decision making process, including creating proposals and blocking decisions, participate on the members e-mail list, and attend face-to-face meetings.

Members must pay $100 dues for each six-month period between the winter and summer solstices. Dues are non-refundable.
Dues must be postmarked or handed to a treasurer by the last day of the calendar month containing the solstice (December or June) to be considered paid on time.

Anyone late paying membership dues may not participate in the community decision-making processes until their dues are paid in full. Further clarification and agreement was reached on the payment and consequences of non-payment of dues at the Spring meeting in 2008.

Membership does not entitle a person to be a resident of the community. Residency requirements will be decided upon later.

Founding members are those who participated in the complete founding meeting at Synergia Ranch in November 2006. Other people may become members by following the membership path.

Founding members need to receive consensus training by the end of the Spring meeting in 2008.

Other related information

We made a one-time payment schedule adjustment for the winter 2006 solstice, so $100 dues were due by Imbolc (February 2).
We also made a consensus decision at Synergia that Diane/Cricket did not need to pay dues for the Winter 2006 solstice period because of her work to that point.
