Consensus has been reached to invite Kerrick to become an Exploring Member.
Consensus has been reached "That the west coast meeting of the RIIC will be held Nov 21-23 at the home of Sophia Sparks in Grants Pass."
Consensus has been reached on how much to send to Diana's Grove in compensation for the cancelled meeting: Proposal 10/4
Consensus has been reached that "We give 50 brochures to George to distribute at events and we can split the rest up among the group."

After the Spring 2008 meeting we are continuing to articulate our Site Criteria and to engage in land searches, especially in the Pacific Northwest.

The following that were started at the Winter meeting are continuing to be worked on:

Site Criteria - This is based on the following agreements reached at the Winter meeting.
Sub groups have been formed to evaluate different sites (agreements reached at the Winter meeting).
At the winter meeting a small group (Aimee, Cricket, Pablito and anyone else who wants to join them) was empowered to work on future consensus training, incorporating the suggestions, with no expectation of an April training. At some point there will be a proposal of a suggestion of a standard training curriculum. (Consensus training).

The following things are still in progress:

On-going welcoming of new supporters and exploring members, posting introductions , and conference calls continue.
Process team to continue their work.
Conflict Transformation Team to continue their work.
Business Structure - Discussion was begun at the Summer Meeting with a workshop by Diana Leafe Christian, and the suggestion that we read the related chapters in DLC's book, perhaps the chapter in the Cohousing book or other resources, and notes from the workshop. Diana T. and Aimee will start initiating some conversations to hone in some of these issues.
Continue work on Supporter/Member categories and process.
Tracking the "loose-ends" identified with decisions that have been made.

Fall 2008: The meeting originally scheduled for Sept. 25-28 at Diana’s Grove in Missouri was cancelled, and a later meeting was held Nov 21-23 at the home of Sophia Sparks in Grants Pass.
Winter 2008/9: Due to the late rescheduling of the Fall meeting, consensus was reached to cancel the January meeting. A spring meeting has been proposed in CA, CO, or NM; this proposal is in the discussion stage.

Refining our Shared Vision - A place to begin discussions about clarifying our visions/expectations of this community - Developing a common vision - Answering the question: "How, specifically our community will manifest our vision statement."
Establish a process or procedure for using this wiki for our discussions and decision making.

Locations - A page with links to our location information, including the characteristics and tarot reading from the Synergia 2006 meeting, and a place to add info and discussion leading to making a decision on the location of our community.
Service project - We have strong service values, but are still deciding on a focus.
Financial Issues - Discussions about financial issues have begun
