All members, who are financially able, make a recommended $25.00 personal payment, paid to the order of "Reclaiming Community." (no need to write account number on check, will be done at time of deposit.) Please mail payment by October 20, 2008 to:

This payment is not mandatory but highly recommended. Diane S. and Emily to be exempt if they choose. Anyone who does not send in a payment will be known only to the treasure.

On November 1, 2008, all money that is mailed in/collected will be deposited in community account. At this time, treasure(s) will then send a card with one payment of $175.00 to Diana's Grove from the community funds, plus all monies sent from community members. The money from the community funds breakdown as the following:

$100.00 already paid to Diana's Grove in the form of a deposit

$150.00 will be taken out of community funds

$25.00 will be taken out of community funds for one member to be paid by that member with next dues.

After the payment to Diana's Grove is made treasure(s) will report, thereby giving a final total of cancellation payment to Diana's Grove.
